Do you charge a call-out fee?
Within the municipality of Utrecht we don’t charge a call-out fee. Outside it we charge a fixed rate of €25.
How quickly can you come out in an emergency?
In and right around Utrecht we’re usually on site within 60 minutes, evenings and weekends included.
Do you give a guarantee?
Yes, all our work comes with a 2-year guarantee on labour. Materials are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Can I pay by card?
Of course. You can pay by card straight after the job, or by invoice with a 14-day payment term.
